Support groups are small groups of people interested in the support of others who are facing similar challenges. The groups are structured around specific topics, led by trained facilitators and are a great resource for building relationships while growing through life’s challenges.
Recovery Groups
This group is for those affected by someone else’s addictive or compulsive behavior. This is where friends and families of problem addictive behavior find understanding, strength and support.

We are a Christian-based men’s support group striving for sexual purity, whether you are single or in a relationship. We help develop accountability goals to set us free from the temptations of pornography, affairs, and other compulsive and destructive sexual behaviors while at the same time learning to build intimacy and trust within the group. We respect each other’s privacy. Anything shared remains confidential within the group. We discuss topics focusing on Christ to correct false belief systems and distorted thinking. We maintain healthy lifestyles and work to restore damaged relationships.

Cancer Care ministry is a hope ministry. While it involves prayer, counsel, visits and assistance, it is centered on bringing God’s hope to patients and their caregivers. You will be connected with other people who understand the difficulties you have faced or are currently facing.

Our Caregivers Support Group meets the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 10am in the Green Room on the RPC Richmond campus. The purpose of this group is for caregivers to connect, encourage each other, pray and know they are not alone in this journey.

Divorce Care is a 13-week support group that will help you deal with one of life’s most difficult experiences and the feelings that come along with it. Divorce Care is led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. You will learn how to heal from the deep hurt of divorce and discover hope for your future.

Grief Share is a support group that meets in the spring and fall for 13-week semesters and in the summer for a condensed, 5-week semester. It is designed so that you can join the group at any time. We understand that grieving the loss of a loved one can be a debilitating heartache and we want to provide additional faith support as you walk through this valley.

Offering hope for individuals struggling with mental illness challenges and/or their supporters. This support group meets monthly in a small group setting that emphasizes safety and respect while exploring biblical truths about hope in the midst of suffering.
