We'll be led through a one-hour group-training session by gym owners and West End members, Ronnie and Sierra Bookman. ALL levels of fitness are welcome and we'll be having post-workout snacks available!

These environments have been specifically designed for those with special needs. Plus special needs kids and adults get in free! Special needs participants are free, everyone else is $20/person.
