Weddings

Outdoor Ceremony: $700 – up to 50 participants inclusive of bridal party

• Performed at River Pointe - Richmond Campus Infront of Baptistry or Lake
• Performed at West End Church in Courtyard
• River Pointe or West End Church PastorChoice of an exterior (outside) pre-defined ceremony space on campus, based on available options.
• Seating for up to 50, includes set-up and take-down.  Layout selection must be provided to the church wedding administrator at least ten (10) days prior to the confirmed reservation date.
• Reservation time is one (1) hour, additional time at $100 per hour
• No rehearsal included.

Coffee House Rooftop Ceremony: $1,000-up to 20 participants

• Performed at West End Campus on Rooftop of the Coffee House
• Seating for up to 20 including set-up and take-down.
• Reservation time is one (1) hour, additional time at $100 per hour
• No rehearsal included.

Off-Campus Ceremony: $600

• River Pointe or West End Church Pastor
• Up to 50-mile radius of West End Church included.  Further distance will be under consideration and may incur additional expense.

West End Worship Ceremony: $2,500 – up to 600 participants

• At our West End Campus
• River Pointe or West End Church Pastor
• Sound & Light Technician, capability to show a pre-ceremony slideshow or video
  • Additional equipment rental fee of $350 for use of drums or keyboard if needed.
  • Additional light and Sound tech fee may be required depending on complexity of needs, at $150/hour.
• Bride and Groom dressing rooms
• Reservation time is four (4) hours, additional time at $500 per hour
• Wedding Coordinator is required
  • Wedding Coordinator runs the rehearsal with timing of activities, makes sure vendor set up is complete, keeps bride & groom on schedule, and will assist with other needs.
• Wedding rehearsal night before if desired for one (1) hour
