Our RPC|WE merch has officially launched! From tees to sweatshirts, each piece is designed for our community to enjoy and celebrate. Available online only— shop now, all sales are final.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can only order merch online. Merch is NOT sold in-person at our campuses.

You can choose to have your order shipped to you, or pick it up at Branding Matters: 8034 Highway 90A Suite 200, Sugar Land, TX 77478. Store hours are 8 AM–4 PM, Monday–Friday.
Please note: pickup at RPC | WE campuses is NOT available.

Branding Matters ships orders within 7–10 business days, starting from the Monday after your order is placed.

Each item is made to order, so all sales are final. Be sure to check the size charts before ordering (especially if you’re in-between sizes) to get the best fit.

Branding Matters carefully inspects all merchandise before packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please notify them within 24 hours of delivery by emailing brandingmatters@aol.com.
Include your name, phone number, order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damage. Their team will review your email and respond within 24 hours. If the issue meets the criteria for a replacement, one will be issued.
Replacement Eligibility
Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free of any damage (including deodorant, makeup, smoke, or perfume)

Please note: They do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect sizes ordered. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment, they are unable to make changes or cancellations.
