Attack Poverty is a global organization that serves locally in Fort Bend & Harris County, adopting pockets of poverty and launching ‘Friends Communities’. Their mission is to strengthen under-resourced communities through spiritual growth, education, revitalization and basic needs.
Christian Community Service Center (CCSC)
The mission of CCSC is to serve the poor, hungry, disabled, and otherwise needy of the Houston area while respecting their religious, ethnic or cultural differences.
Common Threads
Common Threads is a non-profit program serving LCISD students and families as well as LCISD employees. Support Common Threads by sorting gently used clothing, backpacks or school supplies.
Creative Dreams
Creative Dreams provides a safe place for financially disadvantaged and foster youth of Fort Bend County to meet the Author of Creativity while exploring their own creativity through art, dance and music.
Fort Bend Women’s Center
The Fort Bend County Women’s Center assists survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and their children to achieve safety and self-sufficiency. Services include our 24-hour crisis hotline, emergency shelter, counseling, legal and medical support and much more.
Fort Bend Young Life
Fort Bend Young Life brings the good news of Jesus Christ into the lives of middle and high school students with a relational approach as adults build relationships with teens, earn the right to be heard, and give them someone to walk through life with.
Lunches of Love
Lunches of Love is committed to helping end childhood hunger in Fort Bend County by providing a free nutritious sack lunch during extended school holidays and weekends.
Pregnancy Resource Medical Center of Ft. Bend
The Pregnancy Resource Medical Center of Fort Bend County (PRMC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing consultation, education, and support services to women facing an unplanned or crisis pregnancy.

Rescue Houston is a victim hotline offering immediate response and rescue to victims of sex trafficking.

Rosenberg-Richmond Helping Hands is a non-profit organization formed by area churches to help people in crisis by providing for basic needs on a short-term basis. Their goal is to provide assistance temporarily until the individual or family becomes self-sufficient.
Second Mile
Second Mile Mission Center helps Fort Bend County residents in poverty and crisis by providing basic needs and opportunities to take next steps in their lives. While people are drawn to Second Mile for immediate needs such as food or health care, many begin to shift their focus to long-term goals of self-sufficiency for themselves and their family.
