Womens - Your Worthy BodyWhen it comes to our health and fitness, we attempt to follow a lot of rules that pit us against our own bodies. Why? Because it’s what we constantly see and hear on TV, on Pinterest, from our culture, and even from other women in our lives. Together, instead lets live a life of balance, freedom, and grace by breaking the “rules” and reframing the way we think about our health.
